We specialise in-house with various training programmes. We collaborate with external organisations such as UUJ, QUB, Cornell University, NISCC to learn from their expertise and help us all provide up-to-date relevant training.<\/p>

Tearmann Care pays all our staff to get training and applications. Assistance for professional courses can be applied for through discussions with senior management.<\/p>
